Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and any services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you accept them.

They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past — the sections on outcomes, responsibilities and third parties are the ones that matter most in practice.

What We Do

Millennium Capitals provides international advisory, administrative support and coordination services. We help clients understand their options across selected residency, company formation and international banking solutions, and we coordinate the process with the relevant local providers, institutions and specialists.

We are an advisory and coordination firm. We are not a law firm, a tax practice, a bank or a licensed financial institution, and we do not hold client funds.

No Legal, Tax or Financial Advice

Everything on this website, and everything we tell you in general correspondence, is informational. It is not legal, tax, investment or financial advice, and you should not act on it as though it were. Where your situation calls for regulated advice, we say so and coordinate with qualified professionals admitted in the relevant jurisdiction. Their advice is theirs, given to you directly, and governed by their own terms.

No Guarantee of Outcome

We cannot promise a result. Residency permits, company registrations and bank accounts are granted by governments, registries and financial institutions that apply their own criteria, their own compliance checks and their own discretion.

Nothing we say — in a consultation, in a proposal, or on this website — is a guarantee that you will be found eligible, that an application will be approved, or that a timeline will be met. Submitting the enquiry form does not make you a client and does not oblige us to accept your matter.

Who We Accept as Clients

We work with clients seeking transparent, compliant and long-term international solutions. We carry out due diligence before and during an engagement, and we may decline or end an engagement at our discretion — for example where information turns out to be inaccurate, where we cannot satisfy ourselves as to the source of funds, or where the purpose appears to be concealing assets, evading tax or circumventing legal requirements. We do not assist with any of those.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to give us information that is accurate, complete and lawfully obtained, and to tell us promptly when your circumstances change. You remain responsible for your own tax position and for meeting the reporting and filing obligations that apply to you, in every country where they apply. Structures we help coordinate do not remove those obligations.

Third-Party Providers

Parts of an engagement are carried out by independent third parties — local agents, registered offices, banks, notaries and licensed professionals. We select them with care and coordinate their work, but they act on their own account. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, fees or decisions.

Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Government charges, registry fees, bank charges and third-party professional fees are separate from ours and are payable whether or not an application succeeds, since those bodies charge for handling a matter rather than for approving it.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share with us as confidential and disclose it only to the providers and institutions involved in your matter, or where the law requires it. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

This Website

We keep the content of this website current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but rules on residency, company formation and banking change frequently and differ by jurisdiction and by individual circumstance. Nothing here is an offer, and the availability of any programme or solution may change without notice. The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for decisions made by authorities, institutions or third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
