United States
The United States serves two related purposes for international clients: a US company — most often an LLC — for trading with American customers and platforms, and access to US banking and payment infrastructure.
We coordinate formation in a suitable state, the registered agent arrangement, the tax identification numbers that follow, and ITIN applications where a personal number is required. Banking is prepared as its own step.
What the Work Involves
Formation and State Choice
States differ in cost, disclosure and ongoing requirements. Which one suits you depends on what the company will actually do, not on which name you have heard most often.
Tax Identification and ITIN
A US entity generally needs a federal tax identification number, and some clients also need a personal ITIN. Both have their own processes and both take longer than people expect.
Payments and Banking
For most clients the real objective is not the company but what it unlocks: the ability to bank and take payments. We prepare that application deliberately rather than as an afterthought.
Who This Suits
- Businesses selling to US customers or on US platforms
- Founders needing access to US payment providers
- Clients requiring an ITIN for their own filings
How We Proceed
Every engagement starts with a private assessment of your nationality, current residence, business activities and objectives. Only then do we recommend a jurisdiction — including telling you when United States is not the right answer.
